Are you an organised and proactive Team Assistant looking for your next temporary opportunity£ We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded organisation in the City of London for a 2-month temporary assignment supporting a busy and collaborative team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing first-class support.

The Role

As Team Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the team by providing efficient administrative support and helping to keep daily operations organised.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to a busy team
• Managing diaries and coordinating meetings
• Booking meeting rooms, travel and accommodation
• Preparing documents, presentations and reports
• Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records
• Managing inboxes and handling correspondence
• Organising team events and internal meetings
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining filing systems and ensuring documentation is up to date
• Providing general office and project support as required

About You

• Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Administrator or Coordinator
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A proactive, flexible and positive approach to work
• Available to start immediately
