This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal with an interest in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate transactions to develop within one of the world''s most respected legal practices.The Corporate Paralegal''s RoleThe successful Corporate Paralegal will support the Corporate team across a broad range of transactional matters, including:Assisting on private equity, MandA and general corporate transactionsPreparing board minutes, written resolutions and corporate documentationConducting legal and corporate due diligenceManaging virtual data rooms and reviewing transaction documentsPreparing due diligence reports, closing checklists and transaction biblesSupporting transaction signings, completions and post-completion requirementsCoordinating Companies House filings and maintaining statutory registersDrafting correspondence and legal research notesLiaising with clients, counterparties and external advisersAssisting with business development materials and client presentationsMonitoring transaction deadlines and ensuring matters progress efficientlyThe Corporate ParalegalThe successful Corporate Paralegal will ideally have:A Law degree or equivalent legal qualificationPrevious experience as a Corporate Paralegal, Legal Assistant or within a transactional legal teamA genuine interest in corporate law, MandA or private equityExcellent ..... full job details .....
