The demand for energy efficient and cost effective preconstruction services has never been greater. Ensuring buildings are delivered on time and perform in line with expectation, whilst meeting industry and government regulations and targets, is a challenge the construction industry faces daily. To help combat these challenges the business is looking to hire 1 northern based Design Manager (Leeds) and 1 southern based Design Manger (London) from either a Mechanical or Electrical Building Services background to oversee and coordinate all design activities within the regional businesses. Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will lead a team of Technical Services Managers, Design Engineers and Revit Technicians, managing both internal and external design resources.
