About the Role:andnbsp;We are working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive primary school that prides itself on creating a warm, stimulating environment where every child can thrive. This is aandnbsp;full-time, long-term positionandnbsp;with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the learning and development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Working closely with class teachers and other support staff
• Observing and assessing childrenandrsquo;s progress in line with EYFS framework
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Previous experience working within an EYFS setting, ideally in a school environment
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
