Bridgeman Recruitment Services Ltd (BRS) is currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to work on social housing projects in Hull. We are looking for a reliable, experienced operative with a range of building and maintenance skills, capable of carrying out repairs and maintenance work within occupied and void social housing properties. Duties and Responsibilities General building repairs and maintenance. Brickwork, plastering and rendering. Basic plumbing and carpentry repairs. Tiling, patching and making good. Kitchen and bathroom repairs and general property maintenance. Carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance. Working within occupied properties in a professional and respectful manner. Maintaining high standards of workmanship, health and safety. Requirements Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Builder or Maintenance Operative. Experience working within social housing or domestic properties preferred. Good all-round building and maintenance skills. Valid CSCS card preferred. Own tools and PPE.
