Subject Matter Expert

to work within the Product Development team to help develop content that supports our mission to elevate our

DevOps Institute brand and portfolio . You will work closely with our

Product Architects , aligning with the vision to ensure

DevOps Institute

remains the most widely adopted brand in

DevOps

globally. As an in-house Subject Matter Expert, you will contribute to the delivery of the product roadmap and help develop a range of DevOps Institute content within a collaborative, cross-functional team.Your tasks will include:Content Creation and Product Alignment:Contribute to the creation, review, and maintenance of

DevOps Institute Official Books, Exams, Official Training Materials, and Digital Content , ensuring all materials align with product and technical specifications and meet evolving market demands. Ensure that content is kept up to date and relevant based on customer feedback, market insight and product strategy. Ensure consistency, accuracy and quality across all DevOps Institute content types.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with

Product Management and Product Marketing

to drive the global success of DevOps Institute, ensuring that Product Development content goals and timelines are met. Collaborate closely with the Product Architects and Product Managers to ensure that all DevOps Institute content aligns with the overall product strategy and vision, and that content creation, review and maintenance is prioritized and delivered according to the agreed roadmap.Sharing Expertise:Act as an internal

Subject Matter Expert

to support the broader organization, including internal trainings and webinars as required, helping internal teams have a deep understanding of DevOps Institute and its strategic importance to PeopleCert. Conference participation and external presentation delivery may also be required.External SMEs:Collaborate with the Product Architects and other internal teams to help identify, onboard and manage a comprehensive database of

external Subject Matter Experts

to strengthen our pool of DevOps Institute content contributors.What we look for:5+ years’ relevant experience working with DevOps Institute products in a training or consultancy roleBe certified with as many DevOps Institute/DevOps certifications as possibleBe certified with as many related certifications from the PeopleCert portfolio, and/or other providers (e.g. in Project, Programme and Portfolio Management, SCRUM, Agile, Change Management, Service Management, DevOps)Solid understanding of the DevOps ecosystem and competition landscapeExperience in authoring, reviewing and editing contentExperience in collaborating with Subject Matter ExpertsExcellent collaboration and communication skillsExcellent writing and project management skillsNative or excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification is required, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)Advanced computer literacy is required.
