Responsibilities:

Own full lifecycle recruitment for high-quality talent in Global Technology, Digital, and E-Commerce
Create a "best in class" candidate experience
Conduct robust interviews and develop sourcing strategies
Build and maintain talent pipelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Significant recruitment experience in Global Technology/Digital/E-commerce
Familiarity with Workday is highly desirable
Strong project management skills and a proactive attitude
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Experience with behavioural psychometric tools
Proven ability to coach hiring managers
Understanding of employment and recruitment legislation

Technologies:
