Field Service Engineer Electrical / Instrumentation Home Based - £40-43k + overtime + car/car allowance (£5500) + bonus = £60-68k+ package Samuel Frank is recruiting a Field Service Engineer. We are looking for a Field Service Engineer with good electrical and instrumentation knowledge, who is skilled in fault finding on motors, fans, pumps, low voltage instrumentation, control loops, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting. Key aspects of the Field Service Engineer role include: Good electrical knowledge with experience of motors, pumps, fans, low voltage instrumentation and control loops Field Service Engineer must be willing to travel and spend time away from home role could suit a skilled Maintenance Engineer who is willing to travel Most of the site work will be located in the UK and Ireland (70-80%) with the rest being international. Knowledge of gas combustion systems will be advantageous Perform testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment Qualified to at least HNC level Flexibility to work away for 3-4 weeks at a time and work weekends Occasionally respond to emergency call-outs and resolve issues in a timely manner Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment is operating at optimal performance x1.5 overtime pay on Saturdays and x2 overtime pay on Sundays.
