Your new companyAn established organisation located in the Thurrock area, within commuting distance of Rainham, Gray and Ockendon regions, my client is seeking a detail-orientated Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team.Your new roleWorking as part of a friendly and professional accounts payable team, key duties will include:Processing and coding purchase invoicesQuery investigation and resolutionSupplier updates and database maintenanceStatement reconciliationsPreparing weekly payment runsAssist with creditor reportingAssist with internal and external audit queriesAttend monthly meetings with AP Manager to review reconciliations and aged creditor reportsWhat you''ll need to succeedYou will have experience of accounts payable duties as part of your core role or having supported the accounts function.
