to take their brand to the next level.Key Responsibilities

Own the digital strategy across all channels – paid, organic, social, email, SEO, and influencer.Build and lead a high-performing digital team as we scale.Drive growth through data-driven campaigns, performance marketing, and brand storytelling.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, and e-commerce to deliver seamless customer journeys.Analyse and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and customer lifetime value.Shape the brand voice and digital presence to resonate with our community of creators, and trendsetters.Key Skills

Proven experience in digital marketing leadership, ideally in fashion, e-commerce, or DTC brands.Deep understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and customer acquisition.Creative thinker with a passion for brand building and storytelling.Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams and agencies.Hands-on with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, Shopify, and TikTok.Start-up mindset – agile, ambitious, and ready to roll up your sleeves.What They Offer
