You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities, particularly with organisations requiring vetted, security-cleared professionals.You''ll play a key role in positioning Red King as a trusted recruitment partner within highly regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and win new business within aerospace, defence, and security sectorsTarget JOSCAR-registered organisations and suppliersBuild and maintain strong client relationships from initial contact through to deliveryWork closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfilmentManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiationMaintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and client needsRequirementsProven track record in business development within a recruitment agencyExperience selling contract and permanent recruitment servicesStrong understanding of the defence and/or security sectorsSolid knowledge of UK security clearances (e.g. BPSS, SC, DV)Experience working with or selling into JO
