Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join their team on a full time,-perm basis.

As a Production Manager your duties will include:

• Lead a team of production operatives, ensuring the production schedule is met and that all products are manufactured in accordance with-strict quality standards.
• Monitor and manage production processes, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities to meet customer demands.
• Ensure the accurate recording of production data, including output, downtime, and quality checks
• Train, mentor, and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

An ideal candidate for the Production Manager will have:-

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
