This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Data and AI leaders, leading the transformation of the bank. As a Business Manager within the Corporate and Investment Bank Chief Administrative Office team, you will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives and interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will operate horizontally across the firm, providing insights across all lines of business. Your role will encompass strategic enablement, analytics, and communications to foster engagement and achieve desired outcomes. Job Responsibilities: Operate as a horizontal function to drive and accelerate top priorities Enable delivery of strategic priorities by defining and governing Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs) Lead data-driven analyses to provide transparency and enable decision-making Develop concise communication materials for key events and initiatives Drive engagement strategy in partnership with internal communications and HR Execute and support events such as bi-annual Global Townhalls Own and deliver the strategic and financial planning and analysis processes
