Your role requires residential childcare experience and a Level 3 qualification (or willingness to get one). The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills and a passion for helping young people thrive. What We''re Looking For: ? Experience in residential childcare or a similar setting? Leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment? A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare ? Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures? Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills? Passion for making a positive impact in young people''s lives Key Responsibilities: ? Leading and supporting a team of residential support workers?
