Gather and analyse information from families, professionals and partner agencies. Apply safeguarding thresholds and make clear, evidence-based recommendations. Record decisions, rationale and outcomes accurately and within timescales. Work effectively with Children''s Social Care, Targeted Family Help and multi-agency partners.Essential Requirements Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration. Recent experience in Children''s Social Care, ideally front door, MASH, screening, duty or assessment. Strong safeguarding knowledge and confidence in threshold decision-making. Ability to work at pace in a high-volume environment.
