Office / Administration Manager Location: Redditch Salary: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour, depending on experience Hours: Part-time, 25-30 hours per week across Monday to Friday. We are seeking an organised and experienced individual to take ownership of the day-to-day office administration, supporting a small team across accounts, order processing, stock control and customer enquiries. Key Responsibilities: Sage Administration - Processing sales and purchase orders using Sage 50 and ensuring records are maintained accurately Accounts Support - Supporting the day-to-day accounts administration and compiling reports from Sage as required Order Processing - Managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to processing and coordinating deliveries Stock Control - Monitoring stock levels and ensuring products and materials are ordered when required Customer Enquiries -Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries and providing a professional and helpful service CRM Management - Maintaining accurate customer information, updating the CRM system and completing general data entry Reporting - Collating information and compiling reports as and when required.
