Maintenance Manager - Desford, Manufacturing SectorAre you a strong leader with proven experience in maintenance planning and execution within a manufacturing environment? Join a dynamic facility in Desford undergoing major investment and focusing on a 3-year improvement plan.This is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension or permanent placement.Key Responsibilities andamp; ImpactYou will be responsible for leading and developing a team of approximately 30 people (including 4 Team Leaders) to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.Manage, coach, and develop a large team of maintenance technicians.Develop and implement preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs (eg, work order completion).What We NeedExperience: 3-5 years of proven maintenance planning/execution experience in manufacturing.Top Skill: Exceptional leadership and people management skills are the number one priority.Qualifications: Level 3 equivalent qualification in engineering (eg, City andamp; Guilds) preferred.Technical: Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office.The DetailsLocation: Desford (Fully onsite, 4.5 days a week)Contract: 12 months (potential to extend)Working Week: 37.5 hours (eg, Mon-Wed 06:00 - 14:30, Fri 06:00 - 12:00)Pay Rate: £39.35 per hour If you are interested in learning more click "Apply" or email your CV
