Key Responsibilities: Support the Mechanical Estimating team on a range of tenders Assist in reviewing employer s requirements and project specifications Interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation Carry out take-offs and measurements from mechanical drawings Input data into estimating software Issue enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors Assist in analysing and comparing quotations Contribute to the preparation of competitive tender submissions Requirements: Experience as a Mechanical Estimator or Assistant/Junior Estimator within MandE / Building Services Understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, pipework, public health, etc.) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good communication and organisational skills Experience with estimating software is beneficial Ben
