My Client is seeking a Property Legal Secretary to join the team.You will be primarily supporting Commercial Property Lawyers, so it is essential that you have Commercial Property Legal Secretary experience. You will open files and obtain title documents from the Land Registry and assist with various Land Registry applications as well as prepare documents, such as contracts, transfer deeds, mortgage deeds, land transaction returns, and registration applications.You should have experience managing Land Registry applications and drafting and managing SDLT submissions as well as strong document production skills (e.g. leases, contracts, completion statements), including dictation, version control and formatting and engrossments.
