Quantity Surveyor, Birmingham

A well established and multi-dimensional Construction Consultancy are seeking a hard-working Quantity Surveyor with project management responsibilities to join their office in Birmingham.

The Quantity Surveyor role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will help manage the team in the Birmingham office, working within the cost consultancy, project management and employer''s agent group based in Birmingham.

The new Quantity Surveyor will be carrying out a variety of duties such as contract administration, preparing feasibility reports, and interim payments across a diverse portfolio of projects from a wide range of sectors. Some of these include; residential, commercial, education, health and sport.

The Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or working towards
• Construction consultancy experience
• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited
• Experience of acting as an Employers Agent
• Residential project experience would be beneficial
