Your Role as a Senior Mechanical Estimator will include:
* Managing tenders from enquiry to handover
* Completing labour and material take-offs
* Reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotes
* Identifying risks and value-engineering opportunities -

The successful Senior Mechanical Estimator will have:
* Strong mechanical estimating experience
* Mechanical building services knowledge
* Design & build estimating experience
* Strong commercial awareness
* Residential, commercial, care or education experience -
