This is a senior role overseeing up to 10 live projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, and conservation excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage up to 10 heritage restoration projects from pre-start through to completionOversee project programmes, budgets, variations, and final accountsLead and support Site Managers, subcontractors, and direct labour across multiple sitesEnsure compliance with conservation best practice, health and safety, and quality standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, conservation officers, and supply chainAttend progress meetings and provide regular commercial and programme reportingContribute to tender reviews, planning, and risk managementRequirementsProven experience as a Contracts Manager (or Senior Project Manager) within heritage restoration, conservation, or traditional constructionStrong understanding of traditional materials and techniques (stone, brick, lime, timber, etc.)Excellent commercial and contractual knowledgeStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsConfident managing multiple concurrent projectsFu
