This role is for a motivated result driven indivdual to join a dynamic team. This position offers the exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the senior management team. Account Management is crucial, this is 80% of this role. Build, nuture and pursue new business opportunities within new and existing clients. Customer visits should take up 50% of your time. Play a crucial role in developing and implementing the overall sales strategy for the business. Analysising Market trends and creating new product presentations. Lead and Mentor a small dedicated sales team fostering a high performing and motivated environment. Recruiting, coaching and training new sales team members as the team grows. Must Have Proven sales experience in any sector Strong leadership and management skills Excellent Communication and negotiating skills Positive attitude and a strong work ethic Flexibility towards hours - some over night stays away may be required Benefit Company car
