This is a hands-on management role within a high-end hotel and restaurant operation where guest experience, food, drink and service standards are everything. You''ll be a visible presence on the floor, supporting the team, leading by example and ensuring every service runs smoothly from start to finish. This isn''t a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. We''re looking for a manager who enjoys being part of the operation, building strong teams and creating memorable guest experiences. The Role Working closely with the senior management team, you''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the hotel during your shifts, overseeing service standards, supporting departmental teams and responding to guest needs.
