You will provide hands-on technical support, assess installation challenges, deliver product training, and act as the expert link between our customers and internal teams.Key Responsibilities Provide first-level onsite technical support for customers. Visit new and existing customers, offering onsite guidance.Assess installation challenges and provide practical solutionsDeliver technical and operational support at UK construction sites.Troubleshoot onsite issues, escalating complex problems where necessary.Monitor project progress and escalate concerns to senior management.Collaborate with site managers to identify training needs.Provide feedback on potential sales opportunities to account managers.Identify opportunities for improvements in training, installation methods, and product development.Maintain accurate documents and detailed reports.Manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.Deliver onsite product training and demonstrationsTravel nationwide (UK and Ireland) as required.
