About the Role As a Technical Services Manager you will be involved in the delivery of technical services on cut and carve commercial refurbishments in London with values up to 50m. PLEASE ONLY APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE CUT and CARVE COMMERCIAL REFURBISHMENT EXPERIENCE. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all technical aspects on commercial refurbs. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams. Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Requirements: Proven experience in managing cut and carve commercial refurbishments Solid understand of construction mechanical and electrical Technical Services Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and materials.
