Position: Planner Scheduler Hourly rate: £15.50 per hour PAYE, plus holiday pay Working Arrangements: Office Based Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week Role Overview: As a Planner Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in the planning of response works, ensuring exceptional customer service by efficiently arranging appointments for our operatives. This position involves managing queries from clients, adapting to changing job requirements, and maintaining accurate records on our job management systems. Key Responsibilities: Responding to client queries and adjusting appointments as necessary. Logging and managing current jobs using our job management systems. Updating and revising information as job requirements evolve. Ordering necessary equipment for ongoing jobs. Serving as the primary communication link between clients and maintenance workers. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all activities. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Planner/Scheduler or Customer Call Centre. Polite and professional demeanor.
