This is a key role, responsible for driving a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility across the site. Working closely with the General Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring compliance, improving efficiency, and embedding sustainable practices throughout manufacturing operations.The Candidate; NEBOSH General Certificate with practical experience in improving safety within a manufacturing environment.A background or experience within heavy industry, quarries or similar with a solid understanding of machinery is highly desirableA Health and Safety background within a manufacturing environmentProven track record of building and embedding a positive safety culture in an industrial setting.Strong working knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance.Familiarity with audit processes and safety management systems.Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with regulatory bodies, management, and teams across the business.
