Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centred support to children and young people. Build positive, professional relationships and promote emotional wellbeing. Support with daily routines, personal care (where required), education, appointments, and recreational activities. Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour. Follow safeguarding policies and ensure the safety and welfare of children at all times. Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
