London London Housebuilder with a reputation for delivering large scale complicated and notoriously difficult City schemes urgently require a Senior Land Manager to identify and secure large schemes as a JV or unconditionally so as to maximise value.Sites will be from 300 units – 2000 units and can be acquired a number of ways to ensure this London Housebuilder gets the deal, the board is able to act very quickly if the deal is right and the company have the cash available to buy regardless of price. Areas of operation include London, Greater London, East London and surrounding areas.The ideal candidate will be from a developer or Housebuilder that is used to buying large sites as a team effort and will ideally have at least 5 years post graduate experience as well as being a pro-active worker with a keen eye for a deal.In return you can expect a high salary and bonus a real path to Head of Land for this prestigious Housebuilder.
