Clear are currently seeking an experienced MEP Clerk of Works for an immediate start in Brent to work on a 20MW Date Centre Project fit out. Responsibilities : Carry out regular MEP site inspections and walkdowns. Provide a strong focus on electrical installation and quality. Use existing commissioning knowledge to identify potential issues before systems reach the testing stage. Ensure MandE works are installed, tested and ready for commissioning. Produce inspection reports and provide regular progress updates.
