Role: Management Accountant (Full-time- Permanent) Location: DoncasterSalary: 42,500 - 45,000 About the role:We are supporting a leading, recognised brand within the e-fulfilment and logistics sector as they continue to grow their Finance team at their Harworth site.This fast-paced operation manages the movement of customer-specific products across a dynamic warehouse environment.We are now looking for a Management Accountant to join the business and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function and monthly reporting processes. Key Responsibilities: Managing Fixed Asset and Leasing accountingSupporting the preparation of monthly management accountsPosting journals and investigating variancesPreparing balance sheet reconciliationsAssisting with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reportingSupporting external audits and group reporting requirementsDriving continuous improvement across finance processesMentoring and supporting junior Finance team membersProducing ad hoc reports for senior management What We''re Looking For: Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role, ideally within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sectorStrong month-end and reconciliation experienceAnalytical mindset with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with the ability to investigate and explain variancesExperience within logistics, warehousing or fast-paced environments is advantageousA proactive approach and desire to improve processe
