Salary: £95 – £103 per day (dependent on experience and assignment)

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, dedicated Level 2 Qualified Primary Teaching Assistants to join our growing team supporting primary schools across these partner trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging, structured primary lessons.

• Leading small group interventions in literacy and numeracy or supporting pupils on a 1-to-1 basis.

• Using positive behavior management strategies to encourage a safe, productive classroom environment.

• Supporting pupils with diverse learning needs, including Special Educational Needs.

• Adapting quickly to different primary school environments across our partner trusts.

• Qualification: Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, CACHE Level 2, or equivalent).

• Experience: Previous experience working within a UK primary school setting.

• DBS Check: Hold an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new one through us.

• Skills: Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive, student-focused approach.

• Right to Work: Valid proof of right to work in the UK.

• Flexibility: Work as much or as little as you want—choose between full time, part time, or ad hoc day to day supply.
