Recovery Worker Location: Canterbury Salary: £24,000 per annum Vacancy Type: Permanent Advertising End Date: 04 Mar 2026 About The Role We re looking for a passionate, driven Recovery Worker to join our integrated healthcare team on a Full Time (35 Hours) basis delivering high-quality psychosocial drug and alcohol interventions for adults. This is more than a job, it s an opportunity to support individuals on their recovery journey using client-centred, evidence-based approaches that balance harm reduction and abstinence, tailored to individual need. You ll manage a dynamic caseload, delivering structured 1:1 and group interventions while working collaboratively across healthcare, housing, probation, employment and community services to ensure holistic support. You ll play a key part in achieving service targets, measuring outcomes, and maintaining high standards of care, quality, and compliance.
