Up to £75k + Package on offerTrinity House Group are looking for a commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented business. This is a high-impact role, working closely with Sales and Operations teams to drive performance, unlock insight, and shape future strategy.Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Operations, providing financial insight that drives smarter decision-making.Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations.Partner with Sales to understand pipeline, pricing, and margin opportunities.Work with Operations to optimise efficiency, resource allocation, and cost control.Build models and reports that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities across the business.Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking processes with a commercial lens.Influence senior stakeholders by presenting clear, concise insight that links numbers to strategy.About You

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualified experience.Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn large data sets into meaningful insight.Comfortable challenging and supporting senior stakeholders in equal measure.Previous experience working with Sales and Operations teams is highly desirable.Why Join?
