This is an excellent opportunity for a fire safety professional to play a key role in ensuring residential housing stock remains compliant with current fire safety legislation while helping to safeguard residents and communities.Working within a specialist compliance team, you will provide expert fire safety advice, undertake Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), monitor compliance programmes, and support the delivery of fire safety improvements across a diverse housing portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Undertake and produce Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) across residential housing stock and associated properties.Identify fire safety risks and recommend appropriate remedial actions.Develop and manage FRA inspection programmes in line with statutory requirements.Conduct desktop reviews of Fire Risk Assessments in accordance with policy requirements.Quality assure external consultants and specialist contractors undertaking fire safety inspections.Monitor fire safety works and inspect completed projects to ensure compliance and quality standards are achieved.Develop technical solutions and planned fire safety improvement programmes.Prepare specifications and scopes of work for fire safety projects and compliance-relat
