Qualifications

Background in a CPG company

Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA, preferred

Minimum of 8 years in financial planning, forecasting, or FPandA leadership

Proven success building and maintaining complex financial models to support strategy

Expertise in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools

Familiarity with ERP platforms and forecasting systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
