You will be working in one of our supported living facilities in Barnsley or supporting people with mental health needs in their own home or local community. Our services offer support for adults with Learning Disabilities and individuals with mental health needs. We tailor our support to enable people to be as independent as possible. We use a digital social care record system, to support daily recording, which will make your day-to-day tasks easier and allows you to spend more time with the People We Support. The service offers support to individuals living in their own homes in local communities therefore you will have a base.
