**Logistics Project Manager Required** to join a UK leading, international multimodal freight logistics provider at their site based in Stanford-Le-Hope.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a critical role in leading transformative projects focused on warehouse automation, process optimisation, and customer onboarding.

Warehouse Project Manager – Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of warehouse and logistics projects
• Work closely with Transport and forwarding departments
• Identify, recommend, and implement changes and enhancements to the department as required.
• Take responsibility for the solution creation and implementation for any specific logistics projects
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement
• Manage automation system implementations and vendor partnerships
• Track KPIs and report progress to senior leadership
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Warehouse Operations Manager – Requirements

• Hands-on experience with warehouse automation technologies
• Previous transit operation management experience (Desirable)
• Proven project management experience in warehouse/logistics environments
• Change management experience (Desirable)
• Full UK Driver’s License
• Familiarity with WMS, automation tech, and project management tools
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methods
• Full UK driving license
