Grounds Maintenance Operative / Gardener - Immediate Start

Berry Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established client for Grounds Maintenance Operatives/Gardeners to join a long-term contract with an immediate start.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team while also having the chance to work independently. Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours

• Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 7:00am until finish
• Additional hours may be available if required.
• Standard working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Key Duties

• Grass cutting
• Hedge trimming
• Litter picking
• Edging and weed spraying
• General grounds maintenance

Requirements

• A full UK driving licence (up to 3.5 tonnes) is advantageous but not essential.
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Candidates must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
