Site Manager High End Fit Out Near Farnborough
9-month Contract Start ASAP

This isn''t a role for someone who just manages. It''s for a doer. Someone who is all over the detail, sleeves rolled up, and still polished enough to sit in front of a very important client.

We''re delivering a -9m high-end fit out within a newly constructed building at Farnborough Airport, including a -2.5m bespoke joinery package. You''ll be reporting into a site-based Contracts Manager (who''ll take the lead on programme, design, and client), but make no mistake you''ll be the one running the site and making sure every millimetre of finish is spot on.

What you''ll be doing:
- Taking ownership of daily site operations no passengers here.
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring standards never slip.
- Delivering finishes so sharp the client can see their reflection in them
- Keeping everything moving so the Contracts Manager can sleep at night.
- Using Microsoft Project, Excel and Word to keep on top of everything (yes, being computer literate really matters here).

What we''re looking for:
- A Senior Site Manager who''s actually finished projects (not just waved them off).
- Hands-on, accountable, and allergic to that''s not my problem.
- Strong finishing background with an eye for high-end detail (think boardrooms, lounges, luxury)
- Professional and candid someone the client trusts, but the trades don''t mess about with.Local to Farnborough (or ready to develop a close relationship with the M3).
