Experience of leading the technical strategy and giving direction across the site. What will you be doing? As a senior leader you will champion company values and promote a culture of accountability, innovation and engagement. Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, including HACCP, BRC standards and training. As Head of Technical, you will drive standards and ensure everyone in the factory is aligned.
