While the Solution Architect defines the program rules and tier structures, you will engineer exactly how those rules execute at scale. Built natively on the Salesforce platform, Loyalty Management requires a technical leader who can master complex API integrations with Point-of-Sale (POS) and E-commerce systems, optimize Large Data Volume (LDV) processing for millions of daily transactions, and extend standard declarative tools with advanced Apex and Data Processing Engine (DPE) solutions. Key Responsibilities Custom Development: Write, review, and optimize complex Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Invocable Methods) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to handle intricate reward calculations and custom member service screens that standard Loyalty Program Processes cannot support. High-Volume Data Processing: Engineer scalable architectures to ingest and process massive volumes of Transaction Journals.
