You''ll participate in delivering continuous improvement projects as well as ongoing maintenance and installation of outbye and inbye infrastructure. Your role will be critical in ensuring production targets are met, meaning an overall positive experience for our customers. At British Gypsum, East Leake we are seeking an Electrical Craft to join our team. We Mine Gypsum Rock using modern Mining equipment to supply our surface plasterboard plant and use conveyor systems, pumping equipment, and mobile plant as critical process equipment.Our Mining machines range from Joy continuous miners to shuttle cars and ventilation fans, working on voltage ranges from 3.3Kv to 1100v.If you have experience in Mining or quarrying, that''s great! But if not, don''t worry - this role would suit any individual with heavy industrial experience with the desire to learn and develop on mining plant and equipment.This role operates a staggered 3 shift pattern, with a week of nights, week of afternoons and a week of days including Saturday and Sunday, followed by a rostered week off.
