We are recruiting for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation operating within the environmental services sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience managing regional or national accounts within waste management, logistics, pharmaceuticals or a related industry. This role is all about relationship management, commercial growth and delivering exceptional customer service to key clients across the Midlands and nationally. You will be responsible for managing large customer accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and becoming a trusted partner to your clients. The successful candidate will be resilient, credible, commercially astute and confident managing senior stakeholder relationships with maturity and professionalism. The Role Managing and developing relationships with regional and national accounts Acting as the key point of contact for major customers Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenue Managing contract performance, service delivery and customer satisfaction Leading regular client review meetings and maintaining strong communication Working closely with internal departments including operations, fi
