The RoleAs an Experienced Scheduling Coordinator, you will act as an important link between customers, field based teams and internal departments.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and coordinating busy daily and weekly schedulesBooking and allocating customer jobsScheduling field based engineers and techniciansPlanning workloads based on location, availability and job requirementsOrganising efficient travel and routes between customer sitesLiaising with customers to arrange appointments and attendanceKeeping customers updated throughout the processEnsuring relevant information is obtained before scheduled work takes placePreparing job packs and supporting documentationCoordinating site and job specific paperwork where requiredMonitoring jobs from initial booking through to completionResponding to changes, cancellations and urgent requirementsRearranging schedules and workloads when priorities changeLiaising with internal departments to ensure work is ready to proceedMaintaining accurate records and updating internal ..... full job details .....
