You will play a key role in developing long-term client relationships, building strategic referral partnerships, and expanding the bank''s mortgage portfolio in line with its growth strategy.Working closely with Private Banking, Credit Risk, and Operations teams, you will ensure a seamless client journey from initial enquiry through to completion, while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and client service.Key Responsibilities Provide bespoke mortgage advice and lending solutions to affluent and high-net-worth clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage intermediaries, professional introducers, and industry contacts to generate high-quality referral opportunities. Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, including client onboarding, account opening, credit application prep
