Head of Client Services (Fixed-Term Contract) Kent £Highly Competitive + BenefitsWe are working with a well-established financial services firm seeking an experienced Head of Client Services to join them on a 15-month fixed-term basis, covering a period of maternity leave.The RoleThis is a senior leadership position with responsibility for the day-to-day management of an Administration Team (20). Ensuring service standards, client outcomes and regulatory requirements are maintained throughout the cover period. You will attend Senior Management Team meetings and relevant committees, contributing to operational updates and decision-making, whilst also supporting and leading on specific projects across the business.You will oversee the administration of DFM requirements, ensure compliance with regulatory obligations including COBS, SYSC and Consumer Duty, and contribute to client outcome and process improvement initiatives. About YouYou will be an experienced operational or administration manager from within a financial services firm. You will be comfortable managing through others, delegating effectively and communicating with senior stakeholders to resolve issues and drive business goals.
