Motor Claims Handler Birmingham B12 Salary up to £28,000 Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Southam Selections is recruiting an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join a growing accident management business. You''ll manage new non-fault motor claims, support customers throughout the claims process and ensure cases are handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Handle new motor claims and complete the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) process. Liaise with customers, insurers, brokers, repairers and other third parties. Gather evidence and carry out initial investigations and liability assessments. Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates. Coordinate vehicle repairs and replacement vehicle arrangements. Record claim details accurately and assist with recovering costs from insurers. About You Experience in motor insurance or claims handling is preferred. Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
