MK-Search are currently working with a well respected -30m turnover M&E contractor with a strong presence across sectors who are looking to engage with a mechanical project manager to deliver a notable decarbonisation project on a cluster of public buildings in East London. Reporting to a contracts manager you will be given full autonomy to manage a -10m mechanical package.-

Duties:

• Lead team meetings to engage, motivate, and improve performance.
• Report aspects of the project to clients, Directors, and any other relevant stakeholder.
• Liaise with Design & Coordination to ensure the delivery of design/working drawings capture any additional cost, programme delay, or external influence that may affect production. Delegate activities within the project team, while building strong working relationships.
• Management of the procurement process.
• Be an advocate for best-practice health and safety.
